We are looking for an AI Business Consultant who connect business processes with data and platforms to drive transformational value.

What will you do?

As a AI Business Consultant - ServiceNow, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative AI-driven solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with our clients to leverage AI technologies and transform their business processes. In addition you will contribute to Plat4mation internal initiatives to enhance our (sales- and delivery capabilities related to) Plat4mation AI offerings. Your goal will be to create intelligent, forward-thinking workflows and drive digitalization.

Your profile is focused on:

• Expertise in AI and process automation – this is a must-have for this position. You should be familiar with the concepts of AI, Machine Learning, and/or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar PaaS platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or other automation tools within ServiceNow.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• You are a confident team player who enjoys learning new things and taking on responsibility in a fast-growing environment.
• Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, S2P, SOM or ITOM – but not essential.

Furthermore, your focus will be on capturing business value:

• Business Process experience, for example Source2Pay/Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, R&D and Product Lifecycle Management, Customer Service Management, Plan to Fulfil, Finance or HR Processes.
• Leverage technological platform expertise to drive business value with AI.
• Identify and refine use-cases for workflow optimization and business process optimization.
• Mapping data flows and maturity across departments
• Translating business objectives into data requirements
